Mike: Our Management Committee met and reviewed our contract with Heartline. We considered your service during the past year exemplary, with complete satisfaction on our part and our many daily users of the equipment. We unanimously endorsed continuing the contract for service in the coming year. Based on Ji-hoon's recommendations, we have modified our contract with our regular cleaners so they can do a better job to minimize build-up of dirt and grime on and around the cardio equipment. Hello Bob...Your guys came out yesterday and were great. They performed the PM on all of the machines and ordered spare parts for wear parts that may need to be replaced the in future.
