Our Florida Territory Manager, Kelly Spivey, shares her “chest opener” set of exercises. Long hours at your desk – or a bad set up can cause neck pain. Or it can be caused by a bad sleep position when sleeping. She shares a IYTWW series of maneuvers to open up the chest area and alleviate that pain. Even if you don’t have this kind of pan, it’s a great exercise for just general stretching – and it just feels good!
