Established in 1992, Clark Realty has been a trendsetter in the real estate market demonstrating ability to identify new opportunities and implement a creative vision.  Clark’s newest project, Flats of Atlas is a multi-family luxury apartment community nestled in the Northeast quadrant of Washington DC. The Flats represents an important investment in the local community, bringing high-quality housing to an area that has not benefited from new residential development in many years.
Heartline’s national sales manager Jason Malecki immediately teamed up with Clark’s project managers to develop a top notch layout that would provide a unique and quality fitness center with the feel of a first class health club. To achieve this goal Heartline packaged together a variety of Life Fitness cardio pieces along with their Optima performance strength line. Aside from being staples in many fitness clubs across the country, Life Fitness designs add to the modern style that Clark set off to convey from the onset. Along with the new equipment Heartline provided an array of supplemental accessories including dumbbells, medicine balls, and yoga mats, putting the finishing touches on the ideal fitness center to match its luxurious living community.
