PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Heartline Fitness offers comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Programs designed to keep your equipment working safely and efficiently, and to reduce the frequency of repairs through regular maintenance. Even though your new commercial fitness equipment is typically under a manufacturer’s warranty, it’s smart to enroll in a service agreement for maintenance. We offer three distinct levels of Preventive Maintenance services, each designed to best meet the demands of your fitness facility, and all conducted by certified service technicians to ensure a solid return on your investment.
Our most comprehensive coverage for the most demanding fitness facilities. Platinum Level coverage includes, but it not limited to receiving: 24-hour onsite response times, reduced labor rates, parts discounts, Gym Wipe refills, and additional service calls.

The Gold Level service is our most popular program which includes a 48-hour onsite response time along with reduced labor rates, and regularly scheduled preventive maintenance visits to minimize equipment downtime, and optimize equipment function.

New installations, and the budget conscious rely on our Silver Level services. These include, but are not limited to, 48-hour service response time, our 10 Pt. Service Inspection services, and discounted upgrades for additional services.

Fully stocked warehouses and service technician vans leads to first time fixes and happy customers. Clients don’t like return repair trips and neither does Heartline. Consequently, we not only invest a great deal of money in parts inventory, but we spend a great deal of time studying usage patterns so that we have the right parts in inventory. Although a difficult goal to attain in the fitness business, we will continue to strive for a 100% first-time fix capability.
SERVICE & REPAIR
Keeping your equipment operating in pristine condition is our goal at Heartline Fitness. Rest assured, our certified service technicians can manage needed repairs on all your equipment. Our technicians are fitness equipment experts, and are factory certified by manufacturers to stay ahead of technology trends and new equipment introductions. We’ll treat your facility, your members, and your equipment as if it were our own. If necessary, we’ll work according to your schedule to minimize disruption of your daily operations and programming activities.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
With our Delivery & Installation services we’re prepared to handle all major brands and models to ensure your equipment is delivered, assembled, calibrated and tested to the specifications identified by the manufacturer. In many cases we’ll even remove, or rearrange your existing, or old, equipment to make room for your new machines.
