Something a little different this week – Mindful Meditation, presented by Heartline’s Technical Sales Director, Dan Huebner*. But this kind of “fitness” is every bit as important as any traditional work out. Training your brain, through simple breathing, to focus more easily and relax the body and mind.
In this short video you’ll learn how to very simply, very quickly but still effectively, practice “mindfulness” by meditating for very brief periods of time. This quick method is all about breathing. How simple is that?!
And that’s all it takes; a few minutes to quiet your mind and focus on the breaths. You’re meditating. And it can be powerful.
This meditation exercise is offered as an introduction to mindfulness meditation practice. A few minutes consciously focusing on your breath at intervals throughout the day prepare you to meet challenges and make better choices with greater ease and clarity of mind.
